A dandelion woman, arms open, emerges from the heart of a great bloom as the sun blazes behind her — her seeds of possibility radiating outward like rays of light into an infinite sky.

This painting was created in just two days — born of urgency, intuition, and the kind of creative surrender that only a deadline can demand. It was submitted to the Milan Art Gallery’s juried exhibition Seeds of the Sun in Sarasota, Florida in March 2025 — Désirée’s first ever gallery submission.
