Refund policy

As each print is made to order especially for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged Items If your print arrives damaged, please contact me at soulartbydesiree@gmail.com with photos within 24 hours of delivery and I will make it right with a replacement at no additional cost.

Lost Packages If your package is lost in transit, please contact me within 48 hours and a replacement will be shipped to you at no additional cost.

European Union If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your item, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
