Shipping policy

I am so excited that you chose to purchase my art. It really elevates and transforms the atmosphere in your home and I am honored to be able to help you in that regard. 

Please allow 2-3 business days for handling. Shipping typically takes between 3-7 business days, and during holidays it could take up to 5-10 business days. 

Shipping time frames are up to the carrier, and if a package is late or delayed, I really do apologize on behalf of the carrier. If your package is lost during transit, please contact me via soulartbydesiree@gmail.com within 48 hours in order to have a replacement shipped out to you at no additional cost. 

If you receive a damaged item, please contact me at soulartbydesiree@gmail.com, and I will be happy to replace your item, but I require you send a picture of the damaged item within 24 hours to be eligible for a return.

I am not responsible for any VAT, import fees, or other duties that your local government may charge you upon delivery.
