Framed & Unframed Fine Art Paper Prints
- Production Time: Please allow 3–5 business days for your print to be produced before shipping.
- U.S. Orders: Ships via FedEx. Transit time is typically 2–5 business days after production.
- Canada: Ships via USPS Priority Mail International. Transit time is typically 7–14 business days after production.
- International Orders: Ships via USPS Priority Mail International. Transit time is typically 7–21 business days after production depending on destination.
- Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Canvas Prints
- U.S. Orders: Ships via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Transit time is typically 1–5 business days after production.
- Canada & International: Ships via USPS Priority Mail International. Transit time is typically 7–21 business days after production depending on destination.
Damaged or Lost Items If your print arrives damaged, please contact me at soulartbydesiree@gmail.com with photos within 24 hours and I will make it right. If your package is lost in transit, please contact me within 48 hours and a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.
Collectors are responsible for any VAT, import fees, or other duties that your local government may charge upon delivery.
